Marbella is a gated community with its own recreation areas including a pool and spa, picnic and barbecue areas, children's play area and nature path. Design services for this project included enhanced paving and enhanced planting at the entries to the project, landscape screening around all the edges, planting throughout the project and lighting design. Again most of the planting is designed for water conservation.
